He has over seven years experience in Support and Instruction
with work management software such as ServiceCeo. He has recently
taught the ServiceCeo Wednesday 7 PM Q&A training class and also
taught the weekly Friday afternoon 2 PM EST classes. Classes have
served the US, Canada, Australia and Ireland markets.
